Hi, I'm Andy.
Schwarzman Scholar @ Tsinghua University
I’m a political theorist and data scientist by training, currently working on designing digital democracies and regulating emerging tech.
Previously, I studied philosophy at Harvard and critical theory in Berlin, advised a German MP on tech policy, and wrote for The Crimson, among other adventures.
Right now, I’m based in Beijing and reading Kazuo Ishiguro’s When We Were Orphans. My bean of choice this week is Washed Ethiopian Guji from Taipei’s Simple Kaffa.
